Hi there!
I'm a doctoral lecturer of Biology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, CUNY.
I was introduced to the world of entomology when I started working with flies involved in death investigations as an undergraduate researcher in the Rosati lab at John Jay College. While navigating the world of academic research during my PhD at UC Riverside in the Murillo lab studying community ecology and population genetics, I developed a passion for science communication and teaching science through art and design.
